Description:
------------
I am using PHP 5.1.4 but the PHP version field when reporting a bug only lists up to 5.1.2.

Looks like the the Bugs system needs a trigger to keep the PHP version field drop-list up to date.

Reproduce code:
---------------
N/A

Expected result:
----------------
List of PHP versions up to the current release.

Actual result:
--------------
Out of date list.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PECL better.
