In ext/standard/microtime.c
mictotime.c: In function `php_if_getrusage':
microtime.c:97:storage size of usg isn't known
microtime.c:100: `RUSAGE_SELF' undeclared(first use in this function)
microtime.c:100: for each function it appers in )
microtime.c:106: `RUSAGE_CHILDREN` undeclared (first use in this function)
microtime.c:110: warning: implicit declaration of function `getrusage'
make[3]: *** [microtime.lo] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/compiles/php-4.0.0/ext/standard'
make[2]:*** [all-recursive] Error 1

... And compile fails , I am using gcc 2.95.2

Also when i do include ./configure --with-servlet=/JSDK2.0/
it fails also with ./configure --with-java=/jdk1.3/
it seems its not supporting that servlet and jdk 1.3
Also mcrypt 2.5.x is not supported too i think right?
i am using bison 1.28
and flex 2.5.4

Your system is broken in at least one of the following ways:

* /usr/include does not contain symlinks to the proper kernel header files
* the symlinks don't point to a configured kernel
* your libc is too old (glibc 2.1.3)

If you are sure that you have fixed everything, remove config.cache and reconfigure PHP.
