When phpize script is run all custom settings of CPPFLAGS are lost.

Reproduce code:
---------------
CPPFLAGS="-D_MY_FLAGS" ./phpize

Expected result:
----------------
A definition of _MY_FLAGS is propagated to gcc command line

Actual result:
--------------
No _MY_FLAGS definitoin on gcc command line.

here is a patch for the issue:

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
