FreeTDS Configure:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/freetds --with-tdsver=8.0 --enable-msdblib --enable-dbmfix --with-gnu-ld --with-iconv=/usr/local --enable-sybase-compat --enable-extra-checks

PHP Configure:
./configure --with-iconv=/usr/local --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --enable-versioning --with-mssql=/usr/local/freetds --enable-libxml --enable-soap --with-ftp --enable-sockets --enable-track-vars --enable-versioning --enable-msdblib
