Description:
------------
The license autoresponder has been sending out in response to spams from faked email addresses. This is being a nuisance on some open mailing lists.

The email address postmaster@php.net (required by RFCs) is not deliverable and a cryptic qmail error message "Unable to chdir to maildir" is returned.
