On Windows, if a log filename given to mysqlnd.debug has a slash
after the drive, it is not recognized as absolute path, but rather
as a relative path consisting only of the drive letter.


Test script:
---------------
mysqlnd.debug=t:O,C:/trace.log


Expected result:
----------------
traces written to C:/trace.log

Actual result:
--------------
traces written to C
