Can't set ini variable expect.timeout and expect.match_max.

Reproduce code:
---------------
var_dump(ini_set('expect.timeout', 3));
var_dump(ini_set('expect.match_max', '1000'));
var_dump(ini_get('expect.timeout'));
var_dump(ini_get('expect.match_max'));

Actual result:
--------------
bool(false)
bool(false)
string(2) "10"
string(4) "5000"

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
