Description:
------------
hello,

can't set the headers the right way when using SoapClient class.

Test script:
---------------
<?
$Binding = new SoapClient($conf->wsdl2, array('trace' => 1));
$header = array('tick'=>$UPS_TICKET);
$Header = new SoapHeader(WSDL, 'getTicket', $header);
$Binding->__setSoapHeaders(array($Header));?>

Expected result:
----------------
<SOAP-ENV:Header>
    <ns1:getTicket>
        <ns1:tick>ticket</ns1:tick>
    </ns1:getTicket>
</SOAP-ENV:Header>

Actual result:
--------------
<SOAP-ENV:Header>
	<ns2:getTicket>
		<item>
			<key>tick</key>
			<value>ticket</value>
		</item>
	</ns2:getTicket>
</SOAP-ENV:Header>
