Description:
------------
The dba_open() function is documented as passing all parameters after $handler to the handler as private parameters. For DB4, it would make a lot of sense to allow the client to choose what type of database to work with - at the very least DB_BTREE and DB_HASH should be selectable; DB_RECNO and DB_QUEUE may not make sense in the context of the DBA extension.
