Reproduce code:

Expected result:

Warning: pg_escape_string() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in Command line code on line 1

Actual result:
--------------
Warning: pg_escape_string() expects exactly 2 parameters, 1 given in Command line code on line 1

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
