How do you use this without a .ini file for version .13?

I cant believe you distributed it without one, seems
absolutely stupid, so there must be a new way
of setting it up(??). I have looked all over
your site for something to lead me to an
answer, but nada. Would someone please
respond why there is no .ini file with the
current version you are publishing.

you can use the .ini-file from php-3.0.11-win32 . simply backup your 3.0.11-
files and put the files of the new php-3.0.13 over it. that should work.
