NOTE: this is actually a snapshot from yesterday.

signle space is appended to each and every returned function name, this affects both internals and userland ones.

turned out it's not a whitespace, it's null:

$x = get_defined_functions() ;
$x = array_shift( $x['internal'] ) ;
for( $i = 0 ; $i < strlen( $x ) ; $i++ ) {
    echo $x[ $i ] , ' : ' , ord( $x[ $i ] ) , "\n" ;
}
