php is processing a file only if it is stored in home/httpd directory.

I want to include more files from different directories.

Please giv emore information, this is not enough. If it's possible, include a link to your the output of phpinfo();

This obviously isn't any bug in PHP. Please read the manual.
Either you have misconfigured PHP (or apache?) or your 
script is buggy.
