I'm using Russian locales.
Now MSSQL7 functions returns data in OEM charset (CP866) instead of native Windows (1251).

Now MSSQL functions return data in OEM charset instead of native Windows. I am using Russian locales.

This is configureable on the server or where you create the client network configuration.
On the maschine running php you can start the program "Client Network Utility", select the Tab "DB-Library options". Here you can enable or disable "Automatic ANSI to OEM conversion".

I could add a new function mssql_setopt where this type of option could be handled by the script.
