mysql_field_type() should be mysql_fieldtype().

mysql_fieldtype() returns "string" for a char field, and not "char" as documented.

I'm not a developer, but

is it possible to make in functions/mysql.c in function_entry the remaining
underscores. This has the benefit that the documentation is still ok and the
new naming scheme fit into the mysql new naming scheme. The existing
mysql functions could remain and shouldn't confuse new reader of the
manual. That way bug #78 can also closed and probably 3 bug reports on
the same theme.
