The File convert.exe included in the binary distribution
may conflict with the OS tool convert.exe on WindowsNT.

NT's convert.exe is used to change a local file system 
from FAT to NTFS.

This may cause some trouble. Another name should be used.

rename php's convert to something else.  Will rename in distribution.
