Since coroutines/fibers are typically related to asynchronous programming, it's important to ensure that the underlying driver or extension supports asynchronous operations.

You can try reaching out to the developers or maintainers of OCI8 and PDO through their official channels, such as their GitHub repositories or forums, to inquire about the availability of coroutine/fiber support or any potential workarounds for achieving non-blocking behavior. They would be in the best position to provide guidance and support specific to those technologies.

To inquire about support for coroutines/fibers in the OCI8 driver for PDO, you can reach out to the developers or maintainers of OCI8 and PDO through their official channels. This could include their GitHub repositories, forums, or any other official communication channels they provide. They may be able to offer information on the availability of coroutine/fiber support or suggest potential workarounds for achieving non-blocking behavior with the OCI8 driver.

Additionally, keeping an eye on the official PHP bug tracking system or feature requests related to OCI8 might provide updates on the progress or plans for incorporating such support in the future.
