For some reason, the download links of the Windows DLL packages
are no longer shown for the PECL packages; neither on the package
overview[1], nor on the version specific pages[2].

This *might* be related to the cache[3] and/or to the certificate
of windows.php.net[4].

The Windows packages are available at
