When I try login into edit.php.net with Intstagram I can login but when it tries to redirect back to the editor the following error message gets thrown (by https://www.instagram.com/oauth/authorize/?response_type=code&client_id=327370025280312&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fedit.php.net%2F&scope=user_profile)

{"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Invalid scope: []"}

I tested it in Opera GX and Microsoft Edge

The fix for this bug has been committed. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the repository, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Facebook disabled Instagram login.

Allows only "link" Instagram account after registration by others way, 
therefore I removed Instagram login at edit.php.net
