Description:
------------
If the program being called takes input over stdin, the user can't close the stdin stream. This makes it impossible to use these kinds of programs over the ssh2 module.

The solution involves a thin wrapper around libssh2_channel_send_eof.

PR is here: https://github.com/php/pecl-networking-ssh2/pull/45 and diff attached for convenience. A test case is included.
