Functions in "Runtime Configuration" should be listed in alphabetical order.

eg. 
A Runtime Configuration (for Sessions) page (https://www.php.net/manual/en/session.configuration.php) shows many functions listed in unknown order.

But this order is totally different from the one in phpinfo() page. So this fact makes difficult for engineers to check completely all the security settings and make them to spend more time. 

I think "alphabetical order" is the best and why don't we standardize it ?
