Hi,
I have two scripts, one
--
session_start ();
session_register("user_id");
$HTTP_SESSION_VARS["user_id"]=456;
---
and second, which is linked from first
---
session_start ();
if (session_is_registered("user_id")) {
 echo $HTTP_SESSION_VARS["user_id"];
}
---
and echo gives error Undefined index. On linux
the same thing work ok.

Are there any error messages beside that? Does the session file get created? Do you have cookies enabled, and if not, do you provide the session id to the second script?

We cannot help you with so litte information. Sorry.

No feedback. Try PHP 4.0.4 and reopen this bug report if problem still exists.
