Whenever COMPersistHelper::LoadFromStream() and ::SaveToStream()
are called, an php_istream is allocated, but is never freed.


Test script:

<?php
$ph = new COMPersistHelper(null);
var_dump($ph->LoadFromStream(fopen(__FILE__, 'r')));
?>


Expected result:
----------------
no memory leak

Actual result:
--------------
memory leak
