From manual page: https://php.net/sdo.setup

I believe this section should be removed from php.net documentation

SDO is an unmaintained pecl extension which was last updated 2008-03-04

https://pecl.php.net/package/sca_sdo

Newcomers will end up very confused if they expect to get this working on any php 7.*

Well, the documenation is still supposed to document PHP 5.0.0 and
up, so removing this book doesn't look like a good solution.
Instead it seems to be reasonable to add a respective note to some
of the pages.

The documentation is no longer supposed to document PHP 5, and the
SDO documentation has already been removed in the meantime.
