When ext/gd is built with -D SIGNED_COMPARE_SLOW, the build fails
with:

gd_gif_out.c:537: error: too few arguments to function GIFNextPixelwhile ((c = GIFNextPixel (im))! = (unsigned) EOF) {

This issue has been reported by Kleber Tarcísio.
