Description:
------------
-Phone with Nextcloud News app
-Raspberry Pi 3 Model B with Nextcloud, MariaDB, Lighttpd, php – all up to date
-php-fpm version: 7.3.9 and 7.3.8

php-fpm 7.3.7 and earlier worked fine. Bug occurs on versions 7.3.8 and 7.3.9 only.
Syncing with other apps brings up the same behavior. Nextcloud web access via browser seems normal.

I initiate the syncing of the news app with my Nextcloud via http.

Expected result:
----------------
Syncing takes 1-2 seconds. 1-3 threads utilize 10-20% CPU.

Actual result:
--------------
Syncing takes ca. 10-12 seconds. 1-3 threads utilize 50-100% CPU, at least one close to 100% in that time.

Did you already get in touch with the Nextcloud developers? They
may have some idea what's causing the performance regression.

I have no idea what fixed it, but now it's working as expected.
Thanks for the time. Closing...
