Description:
------------
---
From manual page: https://php.net/features.gc.collecting-cycles
---

The GC cycle root buffer setup was changed in 7.3, and instead of being limited to 10000 root buffer items, it now allows more, and the collection mechanism is dynamic (starts at 10000 but adjusts to various situations).

This should be reflected in the documentation.
