The last release 1.0.1 is from 2004-09-28 which is 15 years ago. This extension does not compile against latest PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.6.

Please remove the extension from the documentation for all PHP versions.

It seems the extension supports PHP 5.0 at least, and since the
manual is still supposed to document everything related to PHP 5,
we won't yet remove the APD documentation.  However, it should be
prominently noted that APD is no longer maintained.

I think APD gonna be maintained again soon. Maybe for v7.4 gr.

Since the manual is no longer supposed to document PHP 5, the apd
documentation already had been removed in the meantime.
