Description:
------------
1.) Install site locally
2.) Import clucene project (example)
3.) delete dll cache
4.) Visit http://localhost/package/clucene
(there is a warning 404 because https://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/releases/clucene/0.0.9/ doesn't exist)
