Description:
------------
Hello Support Team,

I have the latest version of PHP in my system.

I am using WAMP with upgrade features.

But, after all every configuration there is one issue regarding caching in all websites. Either it is a local or live site.

When I am going to open any webpage it's content does not change dynamically.

I have to search for it on site then need to do change php.ini file.

Test script:
---------------
You can check it on your local website as well on live site with the default configuration of WAMP.

Expected result:
----------------
I found it ok with change configuration in php.ini

Actual result:
--------------
Now my local and live both sites working fine.
