Description:
------------
I have an ODBC driver which only supports the FORWARD_ONLY cursor.
So it will return an error in SQLGetData.
<
[SL008] [Microsoft][ODBC Cursor Library] SQLGetData is not allowed on a forward-only (non-buffered) cursor (0)
>

Can it add an option for PDO ODBC so that it can use the driver's cursor rather than ODBC cursor library? Or use driver's cursor as default?
