Description:
------------
---
From manual page: https://php.net/function.json-decode
---

Tried to use JSON_THROW_ON_ERROR with PHP 7.1. Only checked the Predefined Constants page once I got an error. The json_decode page should not just list available options constants as if it was independent from the PHP version used.

Oh, and unrelated: The !"()/& bug report form kills the PHP version and summary once it displays WARNING: YOU MUST RE-UPLOAD YOUR PATCH, OR IT WILL BE IGNORED! Just noticed before blindly clicking "Send bug report" again as suggested.

Not sure what is the best approach to fix this, maybe a mention of checking the constant page for availability seems like a reasonable way to fix this.

Personally I would have expected an entry in the Changelog section, telling that with PHP 7.3, support for JSON_THROW_ON_ERROR was added. It's not like the constants and the methods are in any way unrelated, you know...
