Description:
------------
The issue tracker allows subscribing to tickets. Unfortunately, in order to do that, a user needs to figure out he needs to access the tab called "Add Comment".

By the way, that form has an odd design. It offers 2 submit buttons with different effects. If one writes a comment then clicks "Subscribe", the comment is quietly lost, without warning. Such "form recycling" is unnecessary, but requiring users to log in would prevent developers from being even tempted to do it.

Given that bugsnet has been superseded by GH issues, it is
sufficiently safe to assume that this issue won't be fixed.
