https://bugs.php.net/search.php allows to filter issues depending on their status. It is possible to search only through open issues. Unfortunately, this is not treating tickets with status Feedback properly. Issues such as https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=77357 are not listed if I search issues in package General issues with Status Open.
