When i connet to php.net through www.php.net the page was render in 2.5 min
if i use https://php.net that redirect to secure.php.net and the render is fast..

The problem is that all link point at www.php.net. 
do you can put and alias or a redirect ?

AFAIK, the www subdomain uses geolocation to provide content from
the nearest mirror, so it usually should be faster than the secure
subdomain.
