Description:
------------
It would be nice if http://php.net/manual/en/ref.pdo-pgsql.connection.php would tell users that they can add the option "sslmode" to the DSN. At the moment it's only mentioned in a user comment.

https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/libpq-ssl.html#LIBPQ-SSL-SSLMODE-STATEMENTS shows the valid sslmode values (like "sslmode=require").

Expected result:
----------------
Maybe something like this could be added to that page:

If you want to use encryption, you can add the option "sslmode" to the DSN. It must have a value shown in https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/libpq-ssl.html#LIBPQ-SSL-SSLMODE-STATEMENTS (e.g. "sslmode=require").
