At present, we encounter 
"Warning: exif_read_data(somefilename.png): File not supported" 

With the July 2017 extension, PNG now has registered a standard way to express an EXIF block: 

Since this block had already been in prior use by the various graphics tools, I respectfully ask that it also be included in the PHP Exif library?
