Context :
   1. a computer with Oracle   (8.0.3 for me)
   2. a computer with Apache (and PHP module)

On computer 2, a script with plogon connect.

Computer 1 shutdown and restart for any reason...

When  script on computer 2 is executed, it fails
complaining a invalid database link when script
try to open a new cursor.

(I don't know if it depends of PHP or OCI interface.)
