Description:
------------
On page http://ir2.php.net/manual/ru/function.file.php (ru) the second parameter for function specified like use_include_path, but on page http://ir2.php.net/manual/en/function.file.php (en) it is the flag argument. I tried to find the problem page in PHDOE, but it was in vain.

It seems that ir2.php.net is not up-to-date, cf.

Hello, thanks for reporting this issue. PHP now moved to a whole new level on the server side and mirrors aren't used there anymore. So if the Russian translation manual is out of date, that is now only an issue of translation falling behind the origin English version (read no-one has translated latest changes yet). Closing this as resolved then. If you find anything else, please don't hesitate to report. Thanks.
