dbase_create accepts only 2 params, but 3 expected
as well as constant DBASE_TYPE_FOXPRO is undefined

Test script:
$DBF = dbase_create($file, $def, DBASE_TYPE_FOXPRO)

Expected result:
DBF file saved in foxpro format.

The optional $type parameter and the two constants are supposed to
be available as of dbase 7.0.0 only (cf.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
