Description:
------------
APCu looks like it dropped support for rfc1867 with the 5.1.* series. The docs should reflect this, steering people to the new native PHP support.

It seems this issue has been raised on github (https://github.com/krakjoe/apcu/issues/212) some time ago, but was closed without a proper fix.

Just spent the better part of a day trying to figure out why this documented feature was not working on my fresh 7.x install of PHP and APCu.
