This in `session_regenerate_id()` function description for Bulgarian version, this below is the link.

The problem is that...this function is not marked as `php 7` available function and i think that this is very misleading. Firstly I thought that this is a translation problem, but i can not edit this info in `Php Docbook Online Editor`, somehow is automatically generated and it's not possible to edit it.


Bulgariant variant:
(PHP 4 >= 4.3.2, PHP 5)
session_regenerate_id — Повторно генерира текущия сесиен идентификатор


English variant:
(PHP 4 >= 4.3.2, PHP 5, PHP 7)
session_regenerate_id — Update the current session id with a newly generated one

Actually, the Bulgarian translation is not supposed to be available at all, but
for some reason it still is, apparently without getting rebuilt.

Apparently, the translation has been removed in the meantime, so
this ticket is obsolete.
