Description:
------------
On Alpine 3.6 there is a configure error:
./configure: line 3472: test: =: unary operator expected

This bug has been fixed in pull request 2576:
https://github.com/php/php-src/pull/2576
as noted here:
https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=74761

However the release archive downloadable from php.net somehow doesn't include the latest acinclude.m4.patch file.

On latest PHP 7.2.0 alpha3 it is working ok.
