Please provide some more feedback, your comment is not that helpful for us to investigate your issue.

Where did you download the extension from? Did it come with XAMPP? Have you tried with the latest versions of the packages? What does your error log tell you? Is the extension using the right build as PHP, like x86/x64, VCx version, etc.

Please provide a more formal comment and re-open the ticket afterwards
