Just like there is DateTimeImmutable::createFromMutable(), there should also be a DateTime::createFromImmutable() for consistency & interoperability.

Test script:
DateTime::createFromImmutable(new DateTimeImmutable);

Implemented, merged and released in 7.3. Should probably be closed then? Though documentation is still missing.
