Description:
------------
When using Memcached persistent connections, Php 7.1 seems to not be reusing the connections and holding on to them until the Memcached server either runs out of available connections or crashes.

This is not a problem on PHP 7.0 seems isolated to PHP 7.1 branch specifically 7.1.3 and 7.1.4 (I did not test against any other 7.1.x so the problem maybe in earlier versions).

Please let me know if you need any further testing or information and I'll be happy to provide it.

After retesting, this package seems to be working fine.
