From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.ceil
---

Hello guys,

Google always give me a link to German docs, while i would like to read english, could you please make a redirection to http://php.net/manual/en/function.ceil.php from http://php.net/manual/de/function.ceil.php if users Accept-Language setting do not have "de" language in value. Or at least remember the language user select before. For example my location is Germany. Google navigates me to http://php.net/manual/de/function.ceil.php i changed my language to English. Next time i come to http://php.net/manual/de/function.ceil.php, i would like to get English version, until when i'm not select another language in the dropdown list.

Thanks.

I would like to add this information:

I am located in France and I am an English speaker so I search google.com in English most of the time. My google.com language preferences are set to show search results in English.

Searching for "php function return type declaration" will return results that include an entry from php.net at the very top. The listing title will be in French but the listing summary will be in English.

When I click through to the result link, I end up in the French version of the page on php.net and even though I search in English and my search terms are not contained in the page I am presented with.

My language settings on "My PHP.net" are also set to English.

Searching for "php fonction valeurs de retour" will return a result from php.net with a title in French and a summary in French. Correctly, there is no result from php.net in English. Correctly, my search terms in French are contained in this page.

What I think should happen:
Searching for English terms should return links to the pages where those were found
Searching for French terms should return links to the pages where those were found
Searching for anything should return links to the pages where anything was found

It looks like the language link is somehow set artificially even though the English and French pages are correctly indexed separately.

This bug is irritating. Please fix this.

But maybe this a google problem.

This is still valid, WebSite doesn't even respect the "LAST_LANG" cookie, everytime I need to change my language to English, because:

A - Website doesn't detect I'm Brazilian, and make it display Spanish as default
B - Even after selecting English, if I go for example: php.net/functionhere, it will default again to Spanish.
