Description:
------------
I downloaded the documention file which in chm format, but there seems to be something wrong with css.
The styles and colors of header and some fonts are missing, that is uncomfortable to read.

I reviewed the style.css file in the chm/res directory, it's written in HTML, not in CSS.

Please fix that in the next revision of the documention.
Thanks!

Up to day the problem still persist. Even more, for all the downloadable versions, the styles are broken. The "Many HTML pages" version even does not include styles files and the pages headers do not mention the style references at all. No simple workaround. Damn, I overwrite my old chm that was working!!

6 months on, and the downloadable docs are still basically unusable?
This is unacceptable! It should dealt with ASAP, as a high-priority bug!

Fixed and re-generated chm files. Try them and give me a feedback.

New files will be delivered next week. If you are in a hurry, please download them from the following buckets.

https://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/phpmanualchm/

for example, you can download English version from the following.

https://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/phpmanualchm/php_manual_en.chm
https://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/phpmanualchm/php_enhanced_en.chm

very sorry for a long long inconvinience...
