It was occured when I visit the symfony 2.8.14 project by php-fpm.
I hold the problem occured in /symfony/vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/HttpKernel/Kernel.php at 641 line:
class_exists('ProxyManager\Configuration') && class_exists('Symfony\Bridge\ProxyManager\LazyProxy\Instantiator\RuntimeInstantiator')
I think the Zend Engine open too manay file case the problem.
This is the dump files

Test script:
The symfony framework 2.8.14.
