Description:
------------
PHPFPM has a nice feature which prints out information when a request is "slow", see php.net/manual/en/install.fpm.configuration.php#request-slowlog-timeout

would be great to have a similar feature when php is loaded in apache2 as a module.

I would expect a similar php-ini directive with which one can configure a timeout/time-limit. After timeout occurs debug information should be written into phps' error log.
